Ice Out

The ice is, inch by inch, leaving the brook down the road. When I took a walk the other afternoon, I saw this edge that reminded me of the B-2 Spirit (aka Stealth Bomber) wing. While on the campus of Virginia Tech a few years back, we saw one come out of nowhere to roar over the campus. It was an amazing, shuddering sight.

  13. Fighting the ice away... Yes, it does remind of those bombers, must be a very interesting machine, though I still find it a tad strange that we humans develop technology to hit others...
    God bless you!

  15. It's a color field painting. By total coincidence, that's what I'm talking about Monday on Downtown St. Louis 365. This is a wonderful shot, laying all that texture on blocks of color, using the angles to create energy.
