It's summer! It came at 7:09 last evening, but when the temperature hit 93 here in the backyard yesterday, I knew it had arrived. Haddock, lobster, shrimp, scallops, clams, mussels. If you like seafood on an open deck, in an ocean breeze, this locale is the place for you this summer. There, that's my last commercial I'll be doing for awhile. If you're are coming this way, ENJOY!
I enjoy our seafood too here perhaps cheaper all year round!
ReplyDeleteSounds divine! Your word of the day, amative, is perfect for the content of your post!
ReplyDeleteSummer came here too for a couple of days. Now it has gone again. I am bloody fed up with our weather. I blame this government. Bloody coalitions! What is the point?
ReplyDeleteI'm amazed at how cheap the haddock and lobster are!! I paid almost three times that amount for haddock not too long ago.
ReplyDeleteHmmm I'm here dreaming about some ocean breeze, how wonderful, I'm envious! ;)

I already have summer here, I'd enjoy to add your seafood to my projects..
ReplyDeleteNot a bad price on the lobster!
ReplyDeleteoui, j'aime beaucoup, mais cela fait un peu loin ;)
ReplyDeleteSure wish that truck would stop in my neighborhood, but we are more than 1,000 from the sea and ocean breezes. The prices seem low. Did a number 1 fall off the Lobster price?
ReplyDeleteI'll be coming through your town tomorrow on our way to Rockport for the month. Sea breezes and lots of lobster!
ReplyDeleteSounds like a feast!
ReplyDeleteOh how I wish.
ReplyDeletesounds yummy!
ReplyDeletePrices seem reasonable -- barbara
ReplyDeleteMild temps!
ReplyDeleteWe're enjoying seafood here along the Gulf Coast, too, but gladly, I think that our temps are not as hot as yours - very odd indeed!
ReplyDeleteBises,
Genie
I am, and I will! BTW, since I'll be in town by myself that Saturday night, I'd love a couple of seafood restaurant recommendations.
ReplyDeleteThat is a real no-nonsense ad!
ReplyDeleteDon't you just love these trucks. They always have the best prices and show up in the most unusual places.
ReplyDeleteDarryl and Ruth :)
I cannot wait to be back in Maine this summer! Summertime fun!!!Peg
