... for Birdman's Top 25-
#10 Don't be Afraid to Use 'Restorative' Practices
I have never used any coloring agents in my hair. You can ask Elenka. Some people will not even believe her. It's true though. It's brown. It's curly. It's long, mostly. I keep it cut, due to complaints from my fans. A little product, sure. A little hairspray, sure. Now, as for the 'stache, with an auburn beard that I inherited from my grandfather's father, sure it needs a slight 'touchup' each month. I've never denied this fact. If you asked, you were told. Love my mustache that has been a part of my ensemble since my collegiate days. When the Beatles grew them for the Sgt. Pepper album in 1967, I got the 'bug'.
Been "Getting Better" ever since.
Well, at least in my eyes.
Happy Fathers' Day!
* Play "Getting Better" for today's BIG hint.

no coloring agents for me, either. and the salt is coming in nicely! no 'stache, though. thanks!
ReplyDeleteA Tom Selleck moustache ? How about a full frontal.. just the face :)
ReplyDeleteStay tuned. The week is young!
DeleteOne of my favourites!!
ReplyDeleteI hadn't pictured a moustache! You just keep getting more interesting.
ReplyDeleteSurprise, surprise.
DeleteI once worked for a guy of a certain age who one day went from grayish to looking like a copper penny -- at least on top. What sort of nuclear waste do they put in that grecian formula?
ReplyDeleteI think that was what they called "Hair in a Can". Pick your color and just SPRAY away! I think it was sold via Ronco... one of many products. Ron Popeil has made some $$$$$$$$$$.
DeleteI've added Getting Better to my chart of hints!
ReplyDeleteHmmm, a news reporter?
ReplyDeleteSomeday when I go gray, the only way I'll know will be the beard- I shave the head every day.
We're sort of opposites: I shave my beard everyday... you the head. I let my hair unfurl; you let the chin hairs go. hahahaha
DeleteAs many times before, I completely agree with you!
ReplyDeleteWhat do they say about minds that think alike?
DeleteYou weren't ever tempted to shave the 'stache?
ReplyDeleteMcCartney told me not to ever shave it.
DeleteHmmm. Big hint? Used to get mad at my school....used to be cruel to my woman...or, gettin' better all the time??
ReplyDeleteI think I'm still in the education camp.
It lurks there.
DeleteYou are preparing us for the photo unveiling of Birdman?
ReplyDeleteSure, but I ain't no drama queen.
DeleteOK -- prove you have a mustache -- the maddening crowd is waiting -- barbara
ReplyDeleteI say age with grace. Bring it on.
ReplyDeleteYou know we all want to see your face :) Now that we know you have a 'stache, even more so. As for me, hair color all the way. It might even be pink by the time I hit the nursing home.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure you had a great Father's Day and were well coiffed to celebrate it.
ReplyDeleteI don't get it, the women get gray but the men in this family don't! It's a fluke of nature! Never was fair, never will be, but the Birdman speaks the truth. Wait a minute, my sister J. doesn't get gray either! What????
