I Miss...

I like looking out our front windows and door these days, at the trees across the street. I long for a quick trip here and back to the friendly confines. Always like to watch a storm from behind glass. I remember sitting on the second floor window seat on Coyle, pressing my forehead against the glass to feel the cold, as I watched the storm build. These days, sitting in the family room, a Nor'easter brewin' beyond the glass, it's beautiful show! Really, so much more exciting then the TV. I'll be back there soon.

  1. Thank you for sharing your snow! So far our area has not had a single snowflake which is good and bad. It's good to be able to go out whenever you want, bad because it really is pretty to watch everything get transformed into fluffiness. I'm like you and prefer watching from the inside! Good luck on your upcoming hospital stay.

  4. Nature has such confidence. We have lessons to learn about simply being and knowing that whatever we are doing it is right. Like this storm. It simply is. No judgment. If it causes the puny humans problems...c'est domage.

  6. The snow is really coming down on you. This would be a good black and white, but I like that I can see the muted green from the cedars behind the snow and the other tree branches. There is life in there. Good luck with everything.
