Back Deck

I'd like to say that I'm going to throw some burgers on the grill for us, but the deck just isn't quite ready for the grill and deck furniture. There is no trick photography here. This is how the first day of spring breaks here. Well, no not exactly. You better add a couple more inches of fresh stuff that fell last night. A little rain and then later the sun will hit to rid us of the new snowfall; however, this pile is still weeks away from vacating the deck.
So, the burgers and potato salad will be delayed.
Happy first day of Spring!
So sorry.

  2. Your back deck looks somewhat familiar except the drift on mine is about a foot higher. Enough!!!!

  3. Well, it seems to me that you could get busy shoveling, find your grill, put on your jacket and gloves and light the fire. Light the fire!

But I guess if you feel kinda snowed under...

  4. I know that picture is real. Here, a big melt, seeing some ground I haven't seen for awhile. It was mostly rain for us. Oh, but it is gray & gloomy out.

  7. I agree with Lowell, but then I've never had to shovel snow so what do I know? 80 degrees here today!

  8. It seems strangely familiar. There's a bench in our backyard buried in snow... and we had snow off and on all day.
