Here are our City Hall steps. Round and round they go and where they stop? Well, it's politics. What do you expect? Big city, small town. No matter the size, it can be dizzying at times. What's on the election docket in the city this November? The item getting the most of the buzz? For the first time ever, Portland will have an elected mayor.
pourquoi avant vous ne votiez pas pour votre maire ? il était élu comment ?
ReplyDeleteThe people of Ocala just elected a mayor, too. About 4% voted!
ReplyDeleteOne nice thing about an elected person, though, is you can "dis-elect" him/her!
Politics, phooey. Good people working at making government work, that's what counts. Too bad it doesn't always turn out that way, though.
ReplyDeleteAh...City Hall. Good luck with the elected mayor issue. It's been on the ballot 4 times here and each time it fails spectacularly.
ReplyDeleteWell, I don't care much about the politicians but the stairs are truly great!
ReplyDeleteGod bless you!

I always like patterns. The steps and the stone work both qualify!
