All Yellow

Happy Easter to all!
This past week all the forsythias in the yard have all broken out in bright yellow. The explosion is early this spring, about three weeks ahead of schedule by my count. They usually blossom around here in early May, but with our mild winter and now with a few days in March hitting the 80's, everything here is on the upbeat. I just hope it keeps coming. Summer at Memorial Day, instead 4 weeks later. That would be something.

Gotta go hide Easter eggs! It's my inner kid. I just can't shake it. How about you?

  3. Our blooms are all bursting this week, too! I love it...hoping it means a longer spring and not an early summer though :D
