This is a long shot looking across Back Bay at low tide towards the Hill and East End Community School on North Street. It's a relatively new school built on the location of the old Jack Junior High School. In high school, I played Freshman football and our first game was played on a field up there. We played the Jack Junior team, and I remember lost a close game. I wore number 88 in purple and gold and spent most of that first game walking the sidelines. We played about 6 games that year and lost most of them, but really enjoyed practices, bus rides and the lockerroom camaraderie. I think I learned quite a bit in my short-lived life as a football player. So, in review... low tide but not a low time.
