How are your gas prices doing? Ours keep inching downward.
I filled up here recently and was pretty happy that I sort of lost my way and found this CITGO. Prices around the city are a bit higher than this, mostly in the 2.20's. On the road last week I paid 1.83. While on the road long distance, I look for PILOT or TA stations with their tall signs that beckon me. Stations that long-haulin' truckers visit are a highway oasis that I want to pull over and visit.
Besides, they have lots of food, black coffee and loads of stupid stuff'.
And you know how 'stupid stuff' pulls me.
Look at that set of Hot Wheels' Mustangs!
Ah, just what I need.
Wow!
It's a 40 channel CB radio.
"It's your Birdman, Good Buddy!"
It's around a buck here, but that's per litre.
ReplyDeleteIt changes depending on the day here which makes me pretty fed up, it was 1.19 yesterday and 1.49 today.. what happened overnight to warrant that hike I ask myself :)
ReplyDelete12.70 SEK per litre.
ReplyDeleteIt is $1/litre here today! What a change from a year ago.
ReplyDeleteThey are dropping here too! I paid $2.11 on Monday. 10-4 good buddy!
ReplyDeleteAround $ 1.8 per liter here (1,60 Euro)...
ReplyDeleteOur prices have also been a bit lower lately. It's nice to save at the pump!
ReplyDeletePrices are lower here, but so far haven't seen anything under $2.00. More like $2.30+.
ReplyDeleteI, unfortunately, am one of those dumbos who bought a car that take Super Unleaded. The most expensive. The car really looks nice, though. And I don't drive very far anymore anyway.
ReplyDeleteSo there, too. Why don't you leave me alone? I don't have to sit here in Florida and take this. I got friends in Brooklyn, ya know! Watch your back, buddy!
:)
ReplyDeletei'm paying $1.88 locally.
Dang, why you paying less than us Okies???
ReplyDeleteI found $1.83 on a trip a couple weeks ago and several instances of 1.89. Locally it's been $2.01 but in another small town nearby yesterday it was still $2.16. We oil-producing states always seem to pay more. And we're also close to the refineries. Go figure!

So and So says that they expect gas prices to keep falling until December to somewhere around the $1.80 mark. Again comes the news...gas prices are up due to maintenance on some refineries out west. Yea right. The right hand on info about gas doesn't know what the left hand is up to.....:-))))
ReplyDeleteFill up on the strongest coffee you can find for that long haul, buddy.
